Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 13, 2026
1. Introduction
Barber-Heed Enterprises, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how MYOB-Urban™ (“the App”) handles, processes, and protects your information.
2. Local Privacy: What We DO NOT Collect
MYOB-Urban™ is built on a privacy-first, on-device architecture.
- No User Accounts: We do not require or collect account details, emails, or usernames.
- No Chat Logs: The artificial intelligence models used to generate comebacks run 100% locally on your device. We do not transmit, upload, read, or store your chat messages, input text, or generated comebacks on our servers.
- No Private Data Storage: Your private conversations remain entirely on your phone.
3. Notification Access ("Auto-Intercept")
The App may request the "Notification Access" permission to power its "Auto-Intercept" feature.
- This permission allows the App to read incoming messages strictly to generate contextual comebacks.
- The App only processes this data locally in temporary memory. We do not store, log, or transmit your incoming notifications or personal messages to any external servers.
4. Third-Party Services & Analytics
While the core AI functions completely offline, the App utilizes select third-party services that may collect information used to identify you to support app functionality:
- Google Play Services & Billing: Used to process in-app purchases securely. We do not collect or have access to your raw credit card data or payment details.
- Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID), location data, and network data to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting your Android device's Google Settings > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization.
5. International Privacy Rights (GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, PIPEDA)
Because we do not store your personal chat data, generated content, or account data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to retain, sell, or delete. However, depending on your region, you have rights regarding the data collected by our third-party partners (like Google):
- European Economic Area & UK (GDPR): You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, and the right to object to or restrict processing. Since data processing for ads relies on consent, you may withdraw consent via your device settings.
- California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, and the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information. To opt out of third-party ad tracking, use your device's global privacy controls.
- Canadian Residents (PIPEDA): You have the right to access the personal information held about you and request corrections.
To exercise any rights regarding data processed by Google Play or Google AdMob, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy and your Google Account settings.
6. Security & Data Retention
Any data generated by the App is stored locally on your device and can be permanently removed by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data in your device settings.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated" date.
